• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)   10 mg
• Zinc (amino acid chelate)   5 mg

Dosage

ACUTE DOSAGE
Adults: Take 2 capsules, 3 to 4 times a day.
Children (4 - 12 years): Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day.

MAINTENANCE DOSAGE
Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day.
Children (4 - 12 years): Take 1 capsule, 2 times a day.

Use as directed, or as prescribed by your doctor.
